Hello in mysql for the database used by Vb on the server, is there any way I can find out the value of MAX_CONNECTIONS at any given time? I want to see at peak times what is the value of this variable as it croaked and gave me a few error messages which were emailed to me automatically by vB. hmmm, in a fit of impulse buying on ebay, I seem to have acquired a rolleicord - I haven't got it yet, or a clue as to how to use it when I do get it. I am working in Word 2000. I have created a document in Word and inserted an Excel spreadsheet as an object. My problem is, I can't get the gridlines not to show in the Word document. Hi, I recently tried to take some photos of shells and rocks etc. I used Tamron 28-78 f2.8 on my 30D. After seeing the photographs I realised that whenever I wanted to have sharp pictures and used apperture f22-f32 the time value were ranging around 1/50 - 1/15 at ISO 400. The photos were not very sharp. In fact I got the same results when I used self timer to avoid shake. im looking to purchase a new snare. the sound i want is a huge pop and nothing really low sounding. any suggestions?You can get a really good sound with a basic snare if you have the right heads. I have a Tama Rockstar kit with the old standard chrome snare but plan on upgrading my batter to Aquarian heads very soon. You can make a $100 snare sound like a $1000 drum with the right heads.I don't really look too much into those kind of snares, but that's just my personal taste. I think a good piccolo snare could be very good for what you need, or a smaller snare with really tight heads could give a good pop too. I recently acquired a Sekonic flashmate L-308S. I�m not unfamiliar with light meters and how they work but I feel a little uncertainly about the instructions and use of this light meter. I have a problem with Zoom URL's. The problem is that my site has a mirror site that we use for testing. The URL of this site is different to the live site. The testing insists that the same files are loaded to the test site as the live site, which means ALL URL's must be relative. Hi Guys, I have a Word Doc that I use as a request form. It has 3 small table in it each with 2 colums. The left hand column has the description of what is required and to the right of that is blank where I want people to be able to enter their data. For example 'Name'. Right now, I'm dead set on using a fuji stock since I like the neopan so much but I'm not sure if there is something more suited to what I'm looking for. I've created a web site using flash 8 and put a preloader at the beginning, but for some reason it shows a white box first and then the preloader starts. This is very annoying really. I need to be able to pull the word from a DB(already done) but the hard part is, the user has to be able to Guess that word through letters.. Is there a way u can split that word up? However, I would just use the stristr function, which is a case-insensitive searche for a string inside another string.
